Who we are

Atlis Property Management is a broker-owned residential and multifamily property management company based in Palm Beach Gardens, serving Jupiter, West Palm Beach, and communities throughout Palm Beach County. We work with local owners, out-of-state investors, and absentee landlords who want their properties handled properly without having to manage them personally. Our purpose is straightforward: maximize rental income, protect long-term property value, and give owners a genuinely seamless ownership experience.

With thirty-five years of combined Florida real estate experience, our team understands the particular demands of owning rental property in South Florida — the seasonality, the associations, the insurance landscape, and the pace at which a well-priced home moves and a poorly priced one doesn't. Whether you own a single-family home, a condominium, a townhouse, or a multi-unit building, we provide full-service management: marketing and leasing, a twelve-point applicant screening process, rent collection, maintenance coordination, accounting and financial reporting, lease enforcement, and legal compliance from routine notices through eviction. For owners whose homes sit vacant part of the year, our Home Watch and Estate Care division provides scheduled inspections, documented reporting, and storm preparation.

We built Atlis around transparency and accountability rather than volume. We don't mark up maintenance invoices. We don't charge a management fee while a unit sits vacant. Our management rate is locked for the life of the partnership, owner disbursements go out twice a month, and every owner works with a dedicated manager who responds within four business hours. Maintenance triage runs around the clock. These commitments are written into every management agreement we sign — eight guarantees in total — because we would rather be measured than taken on faith.

The vision for Atlis is set by our founder and qualifying broker, Jean C. Taveras, a licensed Florida real estate broker since 2013. Jean's expertise spans landlord-tenant law, investment analysis, and proactive property marketing, allowing him to guide everyone from first-time landlords to institutional investors with precision. Raised in Florida and based in Jupiter, he founded Atlis Realty alongside Atlis Property Management so that clients could handle acquisition, management, and sale under one roof. Under his leadership, the firm looks past day-to-day maintenance toward long-term asset growth, delivering the personalized service and professional results that only a true local team — supported by modern technology — can provide.
